Entertainment Industry Location: Tokyo / Osaka / Hong Kong
The role will support the Admissions stream of the global business transformation project and ongoing utilisation of the Admissions and eCommerce applications
JOB PURPOSE
This role will represent Group Marketing and deliver admissions process expertise into the global admissions and eCommerce project. Key responsibilities are as follows:
· Perform analysis of existing operations to ensure that all requirements are delivered by the new applications
· Champion standard configuration and operating processes ensuring that all attractions adopt
· Deliver required operational training to the attraction teams and build a network of local experts who will become the attraction key users for the future
· Where gaps in functionality may be identified, suggest additions or revisions to standards which support our strategic objectives of driving pre-book and improving customer journey.
BUSINESS IMPACT/RESULTS
· Successful deployment of the admissions and eCommerce systems to all attractions as prioritized by the rollout program team and steering group
· Design and delivery of a standard operational training program
· Standard processes which can evolve to reflect any changes in environment or business strategy
CREATIVITY
· It will be important to identify the core requirements and priorities for each site in order to maximize benefit of the new system functionality and ensure we do not simply replicate existing practices
· Recognizing the variety of operating environments within which we operate, there will be a need to adapt processes for sanctioned diversion from agreed standards in order to comply with local legislation or custom
COMMUNICATION
· Positive engagement with attraction teams will be essential to develop a collaborative and proactive approach to the system deployment
· Working closely within the business transformation program team to ensure deadlines are met and any blockers identified and addressed
· This role will work closely with the Group Head of Admissions Strategy to ensure processes are deployed effectively and support the strategic business objectives
· Foster an environment where best practice processes are identified, shared and incorporated into global standards

· The role will work with attraction teams to ensure all requirements are understood and delivered within the rollout project timeframes
