Part Time Client Relations

The Job
You will play a key role in supporting our Client Relations team across the APAC region. Key responsibilities include conducting research, managing data, performing background screenings, preparing reports, and delivering high-quality client support.
Key Responsibilities:
-Perform various employment screening tasks and project as assigned by supervisors
-Conduct database work to identify any potential matching records for candidates
-Collect required information from candidate or former employers to facilitate background checking tasks
-Build and maintain strong client relationships, and deliver high quality client support
-Undertake ad hoc assignment and projects as required
Requirements:
- HKID card Holder
- Minimum 3 years of office work experience,
- Good command in spoken and written English and Japanese, candidate with other language proficiency is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail with good communication skills
- Able to work independently and manage tasks responsibly
- Demonstrates a high standard of professionalism and work ethics
- Proficiency in Google Workplace and data processing
Working Arrangement:
- Onsite work in Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong
- Working Hour: 3-5 days per week, Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm (negotiable)
- Hourly Rate: HKD90
