【募集】HRSS Specialist (日本人な方、無経験歓迎)
Our client is a U.S. research-based biopharmaceutical company that discovers, develops and commercializes innovative medicines. They are looking for an HRSS Specialist to support their daily operations throughout Asia (mainly Japan).
Responsibilities:
- Primary responsibility is handling dairy HR inquiry including advising on HR policies and processes
- Create and update HR Knowledge, SOPs and maintain HR inf. on ServiceNow/Intranet.
- Support employee life cycle management processes such as on-boarding, termination, leave management, benefit administration, employee personal/job data changes, translation of global materials, etc.
- Manage HR data transactions in HR systems, including review and manage employee’s working time entry, and prepare various reports to submit to the local authorities.
- Closely work and partner with Japan HRBP, Japan Talent Acquisition, Global HRSS teams, internal stakeholders (Finance, Legal, IT, Admin, etc.), and external service outsourcing companies.
- Prepare employment contract, income certificate, and other certificates signing and chopping.
- Documentation (receive/ courier/ scan/ archive/ rentention).
- Benefits administration including enrollment, change, deregistration, allowance maintenance, healthcare service support, employee communication, etc.
- Finance related: submit procurement requirement, PO, payment request, validate vendor invoice, monthly expense accrual management, etc.
- Manage local HR formalities according to local labor law and regulations.
- Coordinate with Payroll and Stock service team to answer employee questions about social insurance, withholding tax, and support government audit/report, etc.
- Drive Employee/Manager self-service to implement global and local HR projects/initiatives at country level with a close monitoring of SLA.
- Ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder in Business, HR or related discipline is a plus
- 2+ years’ experience in HR Shared Services or HR Operations, working knowledge on HR system (ServiceNow/Workday) is a plus.
- Proactive, detail minded, able to work independently and manage confidential information
- A good team player and ability to work under pressure
- Native Japanese speaker, and strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English
- Good knowledge of all MS Office applications
