<Key tasks>
・Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
・Manage and execute our social media campaigns that promotes our organization and brand
・Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
・Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
・Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as YouTube Analytics and Twitter Analytics
・Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Twitter, Instagram and YouTube
・Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice and terminology
・Oversee the creating and implementation of the monthly editorial calendar which includes monthly sales objectives and initiatives
・Lead and facilitate meetings with social media partners
・Use social media marketing tools such as HootSuite
・Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
・Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
