Marketing Associate【Native Japanese】

Theta Tech is a financial technology company whose mission is to build systems that help democratize and modernize finance.

We are looking for a Marketing Associate to join our NFT project team. If you’re a passionate self-starter, this position will be a good fit for you.

Responsibilities;
-Create, edit, enhance, promote, and support the implementations of digital contents/communication inclusive of a wide variety

-Oversee a broad spectrum of different media and creative promotional contents for different events and promotions taking place existing and future social media platforms (e.g. Twitter, Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube etc.)

-Interact with communities on the social media platforms

-Track and analyse website and online platform traffic

-Develop multi-channel marketing initiatives. Key channels include: content marketing, digital marketing, and direct client marketing

-Work closely with marketing manager and content marketing to craft stories that showcase the organization's value proposition through all channels

-Work closely with our digital team and actively contribute to the strategy and management of key marketing channels including the firm’s global website, social media and paid marketing programs

-Lead the execution of campaigns to targeted customers

-Develop, test, and report on relevant KPIs for all marketing activities

Requirements;

Fresh graduates are welcome!

-Be a self-starter and highly motivated to achieve

-Have the ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

-Have excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and simply

-Have strong leadership qualities, with experience in a cross- functional, team environment

-Knowledge of website analytics tools, eg. Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner etc. is a plus

-Good command of both written and spoken English
-Knowledge in crypto is a definite advantage
