<Responsibility>
-Dealing with incoming enquires and greeting visitors
-Coordinate and organize for team
-General office maintenance
-Handling email and phone call
-Calendar and meeting management

<Working hour>
-Shift, 07:30 - 16:30, 5 days working a week

<Probation>
-3 months

<Salary>
-$20,000 ~$25,000(depending on experience), Double pay

<Requirement>
-At least 24 months experience in a similar post
- Possess multi-tasking skills
-Excellent Communication Skills
- Exceptional command of written and spoken English
- Native Cantonese
- Able to prioritize
- Good time management skills
- Demonstrate a professional attitude at all times
- Able to work under pressure
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications
- Good general level of education, with a good standard of numeracy and literacy being important.
- Excellent awareness of Microsoft Office applications
- Local or Permanent Residence holder
