Project Officer (Japanese Speaking)
Responsibilities:
-Communicating with users and IT members about project expectations and goals;
-Provide project support – prepare project plans and documents, organize project meeting by preparing agenda, issuing meeting notice and handling minutes and records;
-Managing project risks, deadline and progress across the team to ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget;
-Provide comprehensive supports to project documentation, plans and reports;
-Act as translator on project documentation in multiple languages including Cantonese, Japanese and -English as and when necessary;
-Organizing third-party providers and vendors to deliver elements that can’t be produced in-house;
-Overseeing the delivery of projects and making adjustments as necessary to ensure they are delivered to specifications and high standards;
-Collecting and analyzing feedback from project users and other participants to gauge satisfaction and success;
-Delegating tasks to appropriate team members;
-Prepare regular reports for management review.
