Job Descriptions:
• Provide consultations to clients on labour law and HR management issues.
• Support clients to draft/review HR documents such as employee handbooks, contracts, and various HR policies
• Publish newsletters periodically on HR related topics
• Run labour law/HR related workshops and seminars as an organizer and/or a speaker
• Perform ad-hoc duties as necessary
Requirements:
• Degree holder or above in any discipline
• Min. 3 years of working experience. Less experienced candidate may also be considered for the position of Associate Consultant
• HR experience is a plus
• Native in Japanese and proficient in English. Having strong writing skills is an advantage
• Strong logical thinking, problem-solving and communication skills
