Our client, a Japanese multinational consumer electronics and video game company, is seeking a Japanese Speaking Customer support Assistant to support their daily operation.
Job Duties / Responsibilities:
-Contacting clients and collecting their responses.
-Responsible for customer support, troubleshooting or customer complaint through phone and email. Co----working with relevant department according to the issue.
-Contact with Headquarter in order to gather necessary information and answer for solving customer’s problems
-Learn about our physical and digital products spec eagerly for solving customer’s problems
-Higher Diploma or above in related disciplines
-Has passion and interests in video game is definitely an advantage
-Flexible, good communication skill and interpersonal skill
-Native in Japanese, Fluent in Cantonese, Good command of written & spoken English.
-Knowledge in Mandarin is definitely an advantage
-Keep the information of customers such as telephone number, e-mail address, birthday date etc strictly confidential
-Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook and Japanese/Chinese/English word processing
-Good time management, able to work under pressure
-Has experience in Online Trading is definitely an advantage
