工作內容及職責︰
* 日常店舖管理及運作,包括財務出納、飲品採購、人事、管理店舖雜務、維修及其他行政工作
* 確保餐廳的操作流程,管理食品法規程序及安全和產品質量,定期進行衛生檢查
* 維持和監控日常餐廳工作流程
* 監督團隊並確保按照公司標準履行日常職責
* 針對目標和預算進行成本分析,並採取適當措施以達到成本預算
* 準備月、季及年度報告,以供管理層審查
* 為餐廳提供優質的客戶服務
* 善於交際
* 需輪班制
職位要求︰
流利日語
5年日式餐廳經驗
善於與同事溝通及有領導才能
良好讀寫粵語或英語均可

Responsibilities:
Monitor daily restaurant operations duties including cashiering, drinks purchasing, personnel, housekeeping, repair and maintenance, security, and general administration of restaurants
Ensure operating procedures and workflows of the restaurants are in compliance with local regulatory and policies and procedures of food safety and product quality, with regular hygiene inspection
Support and monitor daily restaurants workflow with close collaboration with operations
Supervise the team and ensure everyday duties and responsibilities are well performed in accordance with schedule and corporate standard
Conduct cost analysis against the target and budget, take appropriate actions in order to meet the cost budget
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports for management review
Deliver superior customer services and absolute customer satisfaction for the restaurant
Sociable and able to interact with customers with a strong sense of hospitality and passion
Shift duty is required
Requirements:
Fluent in Japanese
Minimum of 5 years of operation experience in Japanese cuisine
Management experience in group of catering outlets is an advantage
Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
Good command of spoken and written Chinese or English
