Hello! I am currently looking to share a fully-furnished luxury 2bedroom flat in Tai Wo Hau, a new building with a very clean and tidy, organized, responsible, and considerate flatmate (Preferred female). And you would just share the flat with me.

You would be on a 4xth floor luxury flat with an amazing open view of the Nature in New Territories. It is completely new move-in ready with a double bed and a new comfy mattress. The flat is completely shared, so please don't feel that you would need to be confined to your own room! High-speed fibre-optic wireless internet is also available. The apartment also includes a club house with an open deck swimming pool, gym, reading area, study area.

The apartment is a 10 minute walk to the Tai Wo Hau MTR station, and is 30 minutes away from Central, and 30 minutes from Tsim Tsa Tsui by public transit. A large supermarket and local public market for fresh produce and goods is also conveniently 10 minutes walking distance.

Not included bills of Electricity, water, gas, internet, and cleaning costs, approximately about HKD$200-$300 per month.

I am female (early 30's) who works in the luxury industry, worked in London last 2 years and travelled around. I am very clean and tidy, quiet, open-minded, considerate, organized, and would prefer to have a flatmate who share similar values, especially cleanliness.
